HOW BIG ARE YOUR COOKIES?

All of our cookies are 140g and are big and chunky. The only exception is our Buco Pandan crinkle cookie which is 120g and is a little flatter to create the cracks and has a chewy texture.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our cookies are baked and sent out for delivery every Monday and Thursday and are usually delivered within the next day. We do not have the option for express delivery at this current time as we are only sending orders out on Mondays and Thursdays.

For rural areas, they are delivered within 2-3 business days (from either the Monday or Thursday depending on when the order was placed).

Delivery pricing is based on weight and not on location.

Please make sure your address and shipping information are correct, we cannot change this once the order has been dispatched. 

COOKIE CARE 

Our cookies are heat sealed to ensure freshness and packed in thick mailer boxes to ensure the cookies are well protected, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. If the cookies are damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will try our best to rectify the issue. No refunds will be offered but a replacement may be offered.

Cookie care instructions are included in every box, please make sure to follow these. 

PICK UP ORDERS

Orders can be picked up from Dulwich Hill, NSW every Thursdays between 10am - 2pm OR 4pm - 6pm, Friday 10am - 2pm or Saturdays 9am - 11am. Please contact us to arrange pick up time. At least 24 hours notice must be provided.

ALLERGIES

Our ingredients are included under each cookie description. All of our cookies include egg and dairy. We do not work in a nut free environment, while we take  precautions to minimise the risk and handle food safely, cross contamination may occur beyond our control, therefore we cannot guarantee complete absence of potential allergens. 

Although our cookies are home made, we follow strict hygiene and food safety guidelines are certified with food safety supervisor certificates. 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
